These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to this website and to registering for and attending the free Tax Business Expansion Workshop (the “Workshop”). By registering, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

B.E.E. Hive — Business Expansion Engine (“B.E.E. Hive”) is a subsidiary of 1040 ProSuite. This website and the Workshop are operated by W Jennings Investment Group LLC. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean W Jennings Investment Group LLC and its 1040 ProSuite and B.E.E. Hive brands.

The Workshop

The Workshop is a free, live, online educational session, usually held on Mondays at 7:00 PM Central Time and lasting about 90 minutes on Zoom. We may change the schedule, content, or format, or cancel or reschedule a session. If a session you registered for changes, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know using the contact information you provided.

Registration

Joining the session

The link to join is provided for registered attendees. Please do not post or share it publicly. We may remove anyone who disrupts the session or behaves inappropriately.

No recording

We do not record Workshop sessions. You may not record, photograph, screenshot, or otherwise capture a session, in whole or in part, without our written permission. If our recording practices change, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy and notify participants before any recording begins.

Educational information only

The Workshop and any materials are provided for general educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your specific situation. We make no promises or guarantees about income, growth, clients, or any other results. Results vary based on each business’s circumstances, effort, and implementation.

Products and services discussed

During the Workshop we introduce B.E.E. Hive solutions, including the PTIN Recruitment Engine, AI Training Academy, and CRM Growth Suite. Attending does not obligate you to buy anything. Any purchase is a separate transaction governed by its own terms.

Communications

By registering, you authorize us to send the confirmation and reminder emails for the session you registered for. Registering is not consent to receive promotional marketing. Text-message reminders are sent only if you check the separate, optional text-reminder consent box; you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

The website, the Workshop content, and all materials, including the B.E.E. Hive name and logo, are owned by W Jennings Investment Group LLC or its licensors. You may use the materials for your own internal business learning. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publish, or resell them without our written permission.

Third-party services

The Workshop is delivered using third-party services such as Zoom. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and the Workshop are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, W Jennings Investment Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at the Workshop.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Registering after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
