Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you visit this website and register for the free Tax Business Expansion Workshop (the “Workshop”).
Who we are
B.E.E. Hive — Business Expansion Engine (“B.E.E. Hive”) is a subsidiary of 1040 ProSuite. This website and the Workshop are operated by W Jennings Investment Group LLC, which is responsible for the information described in this policy. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean W Jennings Investment Group LLC and its 1040 ProSuite and B.E.E. Hive brands.
Because B.E.E. Hive is a subsidiary of 1040 ProSuite, our support email address and some Workshop emails or text messages display the 1040 ProSuite name.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you register, we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, the Workshop session you choose, and whether you opted in to text-message reminders. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, tax records, or payment information on this website.
Information collected automatically. When you register, we record the page you registered on, the website that referred you (if any), and any campaign codes in the link you used (for example, “utm” parameters or advertising click identifiers). Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the website, protect it from abuse, and limit repeated submissions.
Cookies and browser storage. This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser’s temporary session storage to remember campaign codes and your registration confirmation during your visit; this information is cleared when you close the browser tab. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy before doing so.
How we use your information
- To register you for the session you choose and reserve your seat.
- To send your registration confirmation email and reminder emails before the session (currently about 24 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before it starts), including the link to join.
- If you opt in, to send text-message reminders before the session (currently 1 hour and 15 minutes before it starts).
- To prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive registrations and to keep the website secure.
- To understand which channels bring visitors to the Workshop.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
Workshop messages and promotional marketing
Registering for the Workshop authorizes us to send you the confirmation and reminder emails for the session you registered for. Registering is not consent to receive promotional marketing. We send promotional messages only if you separately agree to receive them, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
Text messages (SMS)
Text-message reminders are optional. You receive them only if you check the separate text-reminder consent box on the registration form, and agreeing is not a condition of registering. If you opt in, you will receive up to 2 reminder texts for each session you register for. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we will not send further text reminders unless you opt in again. We keep a record of when you consented and the consent wording you agreed to. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Workshop recording
We do not record Workshop sessions. Attendees may not record, photograph, or otherwise capture a session without our written permission. If our recording practices change, we will update this policy and notify participants before any recording begins.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Workshop, which process it under their own terms and privacy commitments:
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management platform. It stores your contact record and Workshop booking and sends our emails and text messages through its email and messaging delivery partners.
- Netlify — hosts this website and runs the registration service. To prevent duplicate registrations, it keeps a short registration record identified by a one-way coded version of your email address rather than the address itself.
- Zoom — hosts the live Workshop. Zoom’s own privacy policy applies to the information Zoom collects when you join.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, our business, or others.
How long we keep information
We keep registration information for as long as it is needed to run the Workshop, respond to you, and maintain our business records, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Records of text-message consent and opt-outs may be kept for as long as needed to honor your choices and demonstrate compliance.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link included in our emails.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@1040prosuite.com.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Workshop is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
